Each purchased license represents an individual team member and includes one survey application. Therefore, the Team Leader must be provided with a sufficient number of licenses to achieve 100% participation for as many iterations of baseline and follow-up surveys required within a given 12-month period. Team Leaders can purchase additional licenses as needed to accommodate the changing circumstances on their teams.

How to Take the Assessment
The Team Leader is responsible for distributing the Team Clock survey link to all members of the team. Each team member receives an e-mail message summarizing the process and asking them to complete the survey within a specified time frame. Once 100% participation has been achieved, the Team Leader submits the surveys and receives the summary report from the Team Clock Institute.
